Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Bamidele Oleyeloogun has inaugurated new principal officers to pilot the affairs of the House.
The new officers as unveiled by the speaker are: Deputy Speaker, Ogundeji Iroju; Majority Leader, Olugbenga Araoyinbo; Deputy Majority Leader, Olusegun Ajimotokin; Chief Whip, Sola Oluyede; Whip, Tuyi Akintimeyin, Parliamentary Secretary, Suleiman Maito; Minority Leader, Sola Ebiwonjumi, Minority Whip, Olusiji Akindiose and Assistant Parliamentary Secretary, Akinyele Fasogbon.
Mr Oleyeloogun also inaugurated the Chairman Committee on Information, Olamide George and OSOPADEC Committee Chairman, Malachi Coker among others.
After the inauguration, the speaker charged the principal officers, chairmen of all the committees and members to see their new positons as a call to serve their constituents and ondo state at large.
He also called on ministries, agencies and department of government to cooperate with the various committees while discharging their oversight functions.
