The British government has expressed delight in the return of Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari to the country after a medical leave in London.

 

In a tweet by the British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Paul Arkwright and obtained by THE PRECISION, the British government expressed joy that Mr Buhari is back in the country and wished him well going forward.
“Delighted that @MBuhari is back home. All of us at @UKinNigeria wish him well,” Mr Arkwright tweeted.
THE PRECISION reports that Mr Buhari left Nigeria for the United Kingdom on May 7, 2017 after he sought the permission of the Nigerian Senate and House of Representatives to further his treatment in the United Kingdom.
