Oleyelogun Greets Nigerians On Christmas, New Year Celebration | The Precision

As Christians across the globe celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, Speaker of the Ondo state House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Bamidele Oleyelogun has urged them to be moderate in the course of their celebration.  

 

       

In his Christmas and the new year message, the Speaker urged Christians to dwell more on the humility exemplified by the birth of Jesus Christ and the accompanying salvation to the world.                      
Rt. Honourable Oleyelogun congratulated Christians on the joy of the yuletide hoping that the season would yield its abundant rewards to all. 
In a release by the Director of Information services, Ondo state House of Assembly, Mr Sehinde Fanokun, the speaker noted that the year 2018 would usher in positive things in the country. 
He expressed optimistism that the “budget of progress” recently presented by the Ondo state Governor, Arakunrin Akeredolu Rotimi will bring about an accelerated all round development of the state.                                

While wishing everyone a happy Christmas and Prosperous new year 2018, Rt. Hon. Oleyelogun pledged the commitment of the legislative arm of government to a harmonious relationship with the executive, with a view to yielding the desired democracy dividends to the people. 
According to him “the legislature will work with the executive arm through a robust legislation that will bring positive development to our people “.                  
The Speaker urged the people to continue to live in peace and harmony for democracy to thrive in the land.
