Deji Of Akure Hosts Muslims In Historic Iftar Session | The Precision

The Deji and Paramount Ruler of Akure Kingdom, Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, Odundun II will on Tuesday (today)  host the Muslim faithful to break the fast at his Palace.


A statement from the King’s Chief Press Secretary, Michael Adeyeye said the event is scheduled to hold at the Ua Lila’s court of the Deji’s Palace by 5:00pm.
The selected Islamic scholars and Leaders numbering about 200 will be led by the Chief Imam of Akure, Alhaji Abdulakeem Yayi Akorede.
Oba Aladetoyinbo becomes the first Akure Monarch to host the Muslim community to a break of fast during Ramadan.
