Just In: Senate, Reps In Joint Closed-door Session | The Precision

The Nigerian Senate and House of Representatives are about now holding a joint closed session.

 

The session is billed to take place at the Green Chamber of the National Assembly.
Speaker Yakubu Dogara, announced the meeting for 12 noon, on Tuesday.
He, however, did not state why the lawmakers want to hold the joint session.
The Senate had earlier moved into a closed session which started 11:00a.m.
As at press time, members of the House of Representatives were waiting for the senators to join them. (The Sun)
