Towards ensuring good development platform for Remo Stars Football Club (RSFC) youth players, Youth Coach for CD Fierense in Portugal, Mr Tiago Conde was in town for a nine (9) day training program.
Mr Conde who arrived on Tuesday, 5th of June, 2018 was received by the Club Director of Youth Development, Coach Daniel Ogumodede and was involved in the team’s training session with our U13, U15 and U17 players respectively.
He saw couple of friendly matches, monitored the players performance and indicated that he was satisfied with the improvement he has seen from his last visit to Nigeria.
It would be recalled that Mr Conde was around last year to see the U19 team which saw three (3) more players join the first four (4) players that moved to the Portuguese Side in January.
Mr Conde said he was glad and happy to be with the players again as he had good recommendations for the future stars.
“I am happy to be here again and it’s a nice thing to see these players once again. I was here last year and there have been a huge difference in their abilities.
Its a nice project the President of the club, Honourable Kunle Soname is doing here and it’s really nice to be monitoring the progress of the players from now and in the future they will be better players.”
