The Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN on Thursday, 5th July launched a new Government Reserved Area (GRA) at Abo-Asaakin community in Akure North Local Government Area of the State.
The proposed GRA – Sunprime Estate is located on 87.56 hectares of land, designed for residential and commercial purposes which is subdivided into 881 plots.

Governor Akeredolu while performing the ground breaking promised to give all that is required to ensure that the project succeed.
The Governor announced 25% discount for the first one hundred people who apply to acquire land in the new estate.
