Academic activities at the Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti have been paralysed as officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) reportedly storm some students residence in Ado, whisking away over 25 students.
The NANS-JCC Chairman of Ekiti, Comrade Johnson Ogunleye who confirmed the incident to The Precision NG said the students are in shock with the development.
As at the time of this report, the road in front of the EKSU main gate which adjoin Ado town to other towns in the state has been blocked
with the students burning Tyres.
This is forcing many commuters to turn back for alternative routes.
