Justice David Kolawole of Owo High Court has ruled that Mr Rotimi Dairo-Elebese is eligible to contest for the post of Olupele of Ipele Owo.
Justice Kolawole in a-three hour ruling held that the list of aspirants for the position generated on April 11, 2016 which included the claimant, Dairo-Elebese and defendant, Chief Segun Aganun and Four others should be used by the Kingmakers in selecting the next Olupele.
The Precision NG gathered that the people of Ipele are already in joyous mood following the judgment which they believe is a reprieve for the town because the Olupele stool had been vacant in the last Five years.
