Youths in Ondo state have been urged to embrace dialogue and give peace a chance to drive home their demands on #EndSARS across the country.

A statement by the Director NOA Ondo State, Mrs Wumi Famuyiwa and made available to the newsmen in Akure, appealed to the protesting youths in the state to sheath their sword and engage the government in dialogue to press home their demands and prevent hoodlums from hijacking the peaceful protest.

Mrs Famuyiwa described as unfortunate the turn-out of the protest that has gone violent whereby structures have been set ablaze by hijackers of the protest. She urged the youths to be calm and stay off the streets and prevent further loss of lives and destruction of both individual and public facilities in the state and by extension the country at large.

The NOA boss asked the youths to take caution in order not to let criminals and hoodlums hijack their demands and allow the committee set up by the State Governor look into their agitation of #Endsars and other demands and assured that Justice would be done.
