Crest FM Applauded For Unbiased Reportage

Crest 87.7fm, Akure has been applauded for its unbiased news delivery and analysis which has made it one of the leading stations in Ondo state despite being the last to join the state’s media space.

This was the submission of the Chairman/Editor-in-Chief of Owena Press(Publishers of Hope Newspapers), Sir Ademola Adetunla when he played host to the management team of Crest fm led by the Chief Operations Officer, Mr Adeolu Gboyega at his office in Akure.

Sir Adetunla who described the visit as highly commendable said Crest fm is the first station to have sought synergy with other stakeholders in the industry further charged the station to consolidate on its professionalism which has endeared it to so many people.

Responding, Crest fm’s Chief Operations Officer, Mr Adeolu Gboyega who assured that the station will continue to set the pace in broadcasting called for a robust partnership with Hope Newspapers which is the Ondo State Government owned print medium to ensure that the people of Ondo State and its environs are not deprived of factual and up to date news at all times.

On the entourage of the COO were the station’s Manager, News and Current affairs, Mr Godday Ighoteguono, Head of Marketing, Mr Yinka Ajagunna, Head of Yoruba Unit, Mr Olaide Abioye and Mr Similoluwa Stephen.
