Indications have emerged that the Ondo state Election petition tribunal sitting in Akure in the case of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of the APC and Eyitayo Jegede of the PDP will now deliver judgment tomorrow Tuesday, April 20.
Some of the counsel in the case who craved anonymity confirmed to The Precision NG on Monday evening that the ruling has been brought forward to Tuesday.
The tribunal had on Friday last week in a notice made available to newsmen announced Wednesday, April 23 to deliver judgment.
Jegede is seeking the tribunal to declare him the winner of the October 10, 2020 governorship election in the state, which saw Akeredolu returning for a second term.
