Prior to the game, most fans of the English premiership league in Nigeria moved against Chelsea, writing them off totally and labelling them all sort of names.
One of the names commonly used among football fans to describe supporters of the London club is ‘Agbero’.
Agbero, a Yoruba name for Transport urchins was coined for Chelsea fans, because most of their supporters belong to this informal sector of the Nigerian economy.
