Just In: You Can’t Arrest Igboho – Court Tells DSS

Justice Ladiran Akintola of the Ibadan High Court has granted an order of interim injunction restraining the Department of State Services (DSS) and other security agencies from arresting, detaining, molesting or killing Yoruba Nation activist, Chief Sunday Adeyemo also known as Sunday Igboho.

The Judge gave the order in a suit filed by Igboho’s counsel, Chief Yomi Aliyu, SAN on Wednesday.

Justice Akintola adjourned the case to August 18 for hearing of the originating motion, but said the respondents must be served before the date.
