Stakeholders in Ikare Akoko, Akoko Northeast local government area of Ondo State will on Saturday, 20th November, 2021 contribute towards the construction of a 500 million naira event centre for the ancient town.
The event which would include disbursement of scholarship to students of the town, will hold at Lennon Jubilee playing field.
According to details available on the poster of the event, today Tuesday, 16th November is the final Football match at Lennon Jubilee Playing ground by 2pm.
Wednesday, 17th November is for Secondary School quiz competition at the Olukare palace by 10am.
Thursday, 18th November is Opon Ayo contest also at the palace by 10am, while Friday, 19th November is Jumuah service at the Central Mosque by 1pm.
Earlier on Sunday, 14th November, there was a Sunday service at Living Faith Church aka Winners’ Chapel and on Monday, 15th November, there was a Procession to create awareness round the town.
