A prominent monarch in Akoko south east local government area of Ondo state has joined his ancestors.
He was the Gbiri of Epinmi Akoko Oba Ade Oyekan who reigned for 27 years and aged 60.
According to the source late Oba Oyekan was said to have got problem while eating and rushed to Ipe Akoko General hospital from where he was rushed to the Federal medical centre Owo and later referred to OAU teaching hospital where he died.
Oba Oyekan at a time was the chairman Akoko south east local government traditional council, a strong member of African church.
He has since been buried according to yoruba tradition and custom.
Epinmi town is now in pensive and mourning mood of their beloved monarch.
