The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) says the APC is afraid of what will befall the party, hence it is resorting to false alarm to seek relevance.

Kennedy Peretei, PDP’s State Publicity Secretary stated this in a statement issued in Akure on Thursday evening.

He said the PDP is gaining momentum, hence the jittery on the part of the APC.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Ondo State Chapter wishes to State emphatically that the news making the round about the impending dissolution of the State Executive Committee to accommodate the interest of former Governor Dr. Olusegun Mimiko is false.

This planted story is part of the retroactive steps of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the government information propaganda machinery to discredit the image of the PDP, who’s profile is rising by the day.

The APC is afraid of what will befall them because they have nothing to showcase to the electorate but to write falsehood and planted in their friendly media houses.

Whereas our party is gaining momentum in terms of new quality members joining the party, APC has to contend with litigations as the aftermath of intractable crises from State Congresses across the country.

One is therefore, not surprised at this sponsored news story by the APC, and the government information machinery to cause disaffection amongst the PDP family.

Our party is on course to rescue and rebuild Nigeria from the suffocating decay and mess the APC has brought upon our country.

No amount of envy or wicked propaganda can save the APC and its incompetent handlers from total disgrace come 2023.
