The Deji and the Paramount Ruler of Akure Kingdom, Oba (Dr.) Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, Odundun II will on Thursday 7th April, 2022 install Chief Folorunso Ojo and his wife as Aare Gbobaniyi and Yeye Gbobaniyi of Akure Kingdom.
- The conferment of the honorary title on Chief Folorunso and his wife is in recognition of their giant strides in impacting lives positively and contributing immensely to the development of Akure Kingdom and the Monarchy.
- There is no doubt that Chief Folorunso had distinguished himself in the public service as a patriotic Nigerian with good and enviable track records of unblemished service to the people and the Nation.
- Ojo James Folorunsho was born to the family of Samuel ojo of the Oshodi and Ajana clan. He attended St David’s primary school, Akure and Akure High school, Akure. He also schooled at the Polytechnic, Ibadan before proceeding to The University of Calabar. He enlisted into the Public Service in 1989. He has worked in the various states in Nigeria. He is married to Princess Adenike Patricia née Adefolalu of the Alawe ruling house in Ilawe Ekiti.
- His Imperial Majesty congratulates him and his darling wife for this honour well deserved and urged them not to relent in the good path that earned them this worthy recognition.
