Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Engr. Ade Adetimehin, has congratulated Christians worldwide as they celebrate Easter.
Adetimehin’s admonition is contained in a statement signed by Alex Kalejaye, Publicity Secretary of Ondo APC.
Adetimehin urged Christians, particularly in the Sunshine State, to identify love, hope, and sacrifice as key significants of the celebration.
He applauded Christians for their fervent prayers that has helped the country generally in good measure, urging them not to relent.
The APC chieftain also acknowledged the uncommon harmony between the ruling party and Christians in Ondo State, saying the success story of APC-led government won’t have been possible without them.
“The party assures residents, irrespective of religious affiliation, that the State Government would always pursue policies and programmes that have positive bearings on all, urging them to reciprocate by being supportive of the government.
“The charismatic chapter chairman wishes Christans a memorable Easter celebration, praying “the resurrection power of our Lord Jesus be with you all,” Adetimehin said.
