The APC National Women’s wing led by Dr Betta Edu and her deputy, Hajiya Zainab Ibrahim have provided free medical care for Osun Women.
Edu in her remark noted that the event, which took place in Ijebu-Jesa in Osun State, was a way to further explore more innovative strategies to massively mobilize women and boost petty businesses.
“Adequate care for the health and well being of Nigerian women and their children across the country is a necessity,” she added.
The medical outreach is in continuation of the activities that started in Zamfara state and is fast spreading like wild fire across the country.
In the last three days, Osun state has witnessed interventions, from Medical outreaches to financial support for petty traders and farmers in preparation to massively vote for Governor Gboyega Oyetola on Saturday for a second term in office and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as president come 2023.
On her entourage were the Southwest Zonal women leader, Chief Mrs Yetunde Adesanya, Osun State APC Women Leader, Alhaja Kudirat Fakokunde, National President , Progressive Young Women Forum, Osamaye Seun Bosede ,Other States Women Leaders, Medical Doctors, APC Women’s Wing . The Oriade LG chairman, Hon Bunmi Obeisun and the APC House of Reps Candidate, hon Seun Odofin and other relevant stakeholders were also in attendance.
