The Nigeria Union of Journalists Ondo State Council, has congratulated the immediate past Chairman of the union in the state, Mr Adetona Aderoboye for his elevation as Head of Local Government Administration by Local Government Service Commission.
In a Statement jointly signed by the Chairman of the union, Leke Adegbite and the Secretary, Olaoluwa Meshack, the union expressed confidence in the ability of the former NUJ Chairman to excell going by his administrative skills and vast experience in human management.
The Chairman, Leke Adegbite commended the Board and management of the Ondo State Local Government Service Commission for considering Mr. Aderoboye worthy of the position, describing it as historic for any Local Government Information Officer in the state.
The statement also felicitates NUJ Local Government Information Chapel for the breakthrough and urges them to keep up the tempo.
