President Bola Tinubu has appointed Speaker of the House of Representatives Femi Gbajabiamila as his Chief of Staff.
This was contained in a statement by Director, Information, State House, Abiodun Oladunjoye, on Friday.
Sen. Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia, a former Deputy Governor of Jigawa State, was also appointed as Deputy Chief of Staff.
According to the statement, Mr Tinubu also named former Governor of Benue State and immediate past Minister of Special Duties, George Akume, Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).
The president announced Akume’s appointment during a meeting with Progressives Governors Forum (PGF).
