The Regent of Ibule-Soro in Ifedore Local Government Area of Ondo State, Princess Moyinoluwa Falowo, on Wednesday took to her social media handles to celebrate her new academic feat.
Miss Falowo, who was a 2022 Precision Merit Award winner, disclosed that she got a PhD grade after concluding her Master’s Degree in Virology from the University of Ibadan.
She wrote, “I concluded my Master’s Degree in Virology at the University of Ibadan with a PhD grade, graduating top of my class with the highest CGPA.
“This achievement wasn’t surprising as I achieved same feat in my department during my undergraduate studies at OSUSTECH, now OAUSTECH.
“Yet it was strange as alongside my academic pursuit, I had to fulfill demanding royal duties and life of a public figure, adding an extra layer of complexity to my postgraduate education.
“Over time, many have inquired about how I managed both endeavors as I started my MSc program two months after my installation as Regent.
“I am indebted to God and certain individuals that supported me. I’ll be sharing some aspects of my journey and hope it helps other people in similar circumstances,” she added.
