The University of Ilesa, Ilesa, (UNILESA) Osun State has announced the guidelines for the 2024/2025 admission exercise.
The Institution, owned by the Osun State Government is licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC).

A statement by Mr ‘Funso Ojo, Registrar of the University indicated that the application for Post UTME closes on Friday, 18th October, 2024.
The following are the guidelines before applying for admission at UNILESA:
Candidates who chose the University of Ilesa, Ilesa, Osun State as their first choice of Institution in the 2024/2025 JAMB CAPS portal and scored 160 or above are eligible to apply for the post UTME screening.
Candidates who did not choose the University but are willing to change to UNILESA can do so on the JAMB CAPS portal provided they also scored 160 or above in the UTME.
Candidates are to apply to the University of Ilesa, Ilesa, Osun State at University’s portal link: (https://admissions.unilesa.edu.ng).
Candidates are expected to pay a screening fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2, 000:00) only (excluding Portal Access Charges) into the University’s dedicated account.
Candidates shortlisted and offered admission shall be formally notified through JAMB’s CAPS and University’s admission portal.
Candidates who are willing to be students of the University are expected to accept the offer of admission on JAMB CAPS portal upon notification.
ELIGIBILITY
UNILESA will admit only candidates with credit passes in at least five (5) relevant subjects at not more than two (2) sittings in WASSCE/NECO/NABTEB/Senior Arabic and Islamic Secondary School Certificate Examinations (SAISSCE).
Candidates are advised to familiarise themselves with the O’ level requirements and the UTME subject combinations for their programmes of choice.
In line with national admissions policy, it is mandatory that applicants to the University must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to qualify for admission.
FOR DIRECT ENTRY
Direct entry admission to the University will be processed in line with JAMB-approved guidelines. Candidates are expected to apply through the JAMB admission platform.
