The Governor of Ondo State, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has hailed the Deji of Akure, Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, Odundun II, on his birthday celebration.
Governor Aiyedatiwa in a congratulatory message on Saturday signed by his chief press secretary, Ebenezer Adeniyan, commended the monarch for his contributions to the development of the state capital in particular and the entire state in general.
The Governor appreciated the invaluable roles being played by the monarch in sustaining the peace and calmness in the state capital over the years and his promotion of the rich cultural heritage of the Akure people.
Governor Aiyedatiwa acknowledged the support of the Council of Obas, under the leadership of the Deji, for his administration in the last one year.
The Governor prayed that the king will live long on the sacred throne of his forebears.
