The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has listed conditions that presidential aspirants on its platform must fulfill for the 2019 election.
The party affirmed that such aspirants must have made appreciable contributions to the party and not those who are only interested in seeking positions.
During a chat with newsmen in Abuja, Chairman of the party’s Board of Trustees (BoT), Senator Walid Jibrin, said prospective presidential aspirants would be rated strictly on performance.
He said the party is willing to accept its members that have defected from the party to other parties after it lost the 2015 presidential election.
