Twitter hás finally increased the limit for tweets on its social media platform from 140 to 280 characters in a bid to draw in more users and boost engagement at the social network.
“We’re expanding the character limit! We want it to be easier and faster for everyone to express themselves.
“More characters. More expression. More of what’s happening” the site tweeted.
THE PRECISION recalled that Twitter announced a month ago that it would increase the character limit of its text from the conventional 140 to 280.
