| The new Oluoke of Okeigbo kingdom |
An All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain in Ondo state and also the party candidate for Ileoluji/Okeigbo and Odigbo federal constituency in 2015, Hon Festus Adefiranye and the people of Okeigbo in Ileoluji/Okeigbo local government have commended the governor of Ondo state, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and his cabinet for the confirmation and approval of the appointment of Prince Lawrence Oluwole Babajide as the new Oluoke of Okeigbo kingdom.
Hon. Adefiranye also joined the well-wishers and good people of Okeigbo in appreciating the governor for the approval of the appointment of Oluoke of Okeigbo.

He appreciated the APC administration in Ondo state under the leadership of governor Arakunrin Akeredolu as he desire to transform Okeigbo kingdom through culture and tourism.
He reassured the people that numerous development will follow as Ondo state government is preparing to provide Okeigbo kingdom good atmosphere that will enable local investors to carry out their economic transaction.
Hon. Adefiranye noted that it is a thing of joy for the people of Okeigbo to have a talented and visionary man in the new king, adding that he has demonstrated exemplary leadership in his chosen career even before becoming the king.
He urged the people of his community to strive towards re-positioning the natural and human resources for the well-being of the people.
