An aspirant under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo state, Olakunle Olaolu has urged Nigerians to stand firm and differentiate between democracy and despotism and between economic development and depression.
Olaolu, a broadcast journalist who is aspiring to represent Ileoluji/Okeigbo state constituency appealed to Nigerians to keenly observe the government of APC under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari with past governments in terms of operation and supervision of government machineries without fair and favour.

Olaolu who disclosed this at a meeting with his supporters in Okeigbo at the weekend observed that most of the leaders that emerged in Nigeria since 1999 were self centred, adding that he is in politics to secure the future of the masses who are suffering from political and economic growth.
The Okeigbo born politician stated that President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yeml Osinbajo have formed an alliance of good leadership by dislodging the umbrella of corruption and impunity to form a new Nigeria.

He described the 2019 general elections, “as a prayer between a man and mad man. APC as a man should not close his eyes before, during and after elections.”
Olaolu pleaded with the youths to take their destiny in their hands by forming a mass movement that would fight for change and stand for good governance and be prepared to pay any price to achieve the socio-economic emancipation of all Nigerians.
“We the young shall grow with mission, vision to serve and action oriented must politely participate in the 2019 general elections”.
