The deputy minority leader of the Ondo state House of Assembly who was suspended on Tuesday, Hon Tomide Akinribido has reacted to his suspension.
In his reaction, Hon. Akinribido stated that his desire not to support the move to impeach the deputy governor, Agboola Ajayi led to the move by the house.
He said:
“They suspended me because I didn’t support the politically-motivated impeachment of the deputy governor.
“Now they are threatened by news that he wants to contest the election on the platform of my party.” he said.
