Following Donald Trump’s positive test, Democratic presidential candidate in the coming November election in the US, Joe Biden and his wife, Jill, have tested negative for coronavirus, The Precision NG can understand.
On Friday morning President Trump’s disclosed that he had tested positive just days after the first debate.
There was no communication from the Trump campaign or the White House to alert the Biden campaign of possible exposure, a senior Biden campaign official who was with the former vice president at the debate said. That aide said Biden’s campaign believes there is not much risk because “we were never near them.”
Meanwhile, Trump is being taken to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, according to the White House.
Trump has had a fever since Friday morning, a person familiar with the matter said, though the fever remains consistent with the White House’s description of “mild symptoms” for Covid-19.
Earlier in the afternoon, Trump’s physician wrote in a memo he “remains fatigued but in good spirits.”
It was also gathered that Trump has received Regeneron’s coronavirus antibody.
