Ramadan 2023: Adeduntan Congratulates Muslim Faithful

Oyo state 2023 Governorship hopeful and Osi Basorun Of Ibadanland who is also the President, Adeduntan Cardiovascular and Diagnostic Centre (ACDC) Ibadan, Alhaj,Dr. Azeez Popoola Adeduntan has felicitated with Muslim faithfuls in Oyo state and the country, on the occasion of this year’s Ramadan fast.

Fasting in the month of Ramadan is an essential part of the Muslim faith and the process is expected to kick off at the weekend in Nigeria and most part of the globe.

In a statement issued through his Media office in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, Adeduntan a Harvard trained, board certified International Cardiovascular described Ramadan as a special festive occasion to pray for unity, peace and prosperity of Ibadanland, Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole.


“We must show love to each other, regardless of which religion we have chosen, as the three major religion, Islam, Christianity, as well as Judaism talk about Abrahamic faiths and the believe in existence of only ONE GOD – the omnipotent, the omnipresent and the omniscient.

May almighty Allah accept our fast and supplications during this holy season.

Adeduntan specially congratulate his imperial majesty Oba Mohood Olalekan Balogun, the Olubadan of Ibadan Land, his imperial majesty – the Alaafin Of Oyo, 0ba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III, traditional rulers in Oyo state, Aare Musulumi of Yoruba land, Delta and Edo, Alhaji Daud Makanjuola, the chief Imam of Ibadan land -Alhaji Abdulganiyu Abubakri Agbotomokekere, the Director of Institute of Arabic and Islamic studies, Ibadan, Alhaji Nasiru Abdusalam; NACOMYO members, NASFAT members; HAjji Kunle SANNI, Chairman Oyo state Islamic Affairs, all Muslim clerics and Ummahs as well as people of other faiths and other Nigerians.
