Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter says the suspended account of former US President Donald Trump has been reinstated.
Musk announced this on Saturday evening after polls conducted by Twitter showed a 52% support for Trump’s reinstatement.
Over 15 million users participated in the voting, which saw 48% of the respondents kicking against Trump’s reinstatement.

Trump was suspended from Twitter and Facebook after his followers stormed the Capitol building on Jan. 6, with the companies citing concerns that he would incite further violence.
