The President of the National Association of Ondo State Students, National Body (NAOSS), Comrade Mary Ogunga has commended Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu on the the yearly payment of West African Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) fee and the approval of N523m for the payment of the 2023 WAEC Fee for Students in Public School in the State.
Ogunga’s stated this in a statement obtained by Precision Online Newspaper on Friday.
“Ondo State Government has always reaffirmed its unwavering dedication to all students of the state, prioritizing Education, which is in line with Governor Rotimi Akeredolu’s REDEEMED Agenda; to contribute to intellectual expansion and Academic advancement of every Ondo Students. This is worthy of commendation”.
Ogunga also appealed to the State Government not to relent on its commitment to the student populace.
She also urged Mr. Governor to also approve the registration and payment of Bursary and Scholarship to all indigenous Students of Ondo state in tertiary institutions in order to complete the good work and crest his name in Gold in their hearts.
“Though we understand the several bottlenecks of running a government, we appreciate this you have done, and we hope you will communicate to us through the Ondo State Scholarship Board,” she said.
