I received the sad news of the demise of Mrs. Janet Adeniyi at 82, the mother of my predecessor, Hon. Ade Adeniyi, today, Saturday, December 25.
I condole with Hon. Ade Adeniyi, while noting that the death of a mother could particularly inflict excruciating pain on one. I however urge Hon. Adeniyi to take solace in the fact that Mama lived a good life during which she contributed invaluably to the course of humanity.
Mama was a strong pillar in the community, a humanitarian and kind-hearted woman who dedicated her life to numerous charitable cause.
I condole with the entire Adeniyi family, while also urging them to take solace that Mama lived to see the successes of all her children,including the emergence of Hon. Ade Adeniyi as a Local Govt chairman, Board Chairman and elected member of the state house of assembly.
I share in the sorrow and pains of my predecessor and Uncle, Hon. Ade Adeniyi, at this period and i pray that God will grant him and the family the fortitude to bear the loss. I also pray for the repose of the soul of Mama Janet Adeniyi.
On behalf of my family, and the good people of Ondo West Constituency 1 which he has represented commendably, I mourn with Hon. Ade Adeniyi and offer him words of succour at this trying time.
